We’re gonna move your body every day. Whether it’s the daily workout, Christmas shopping, getting steps in, taking a class, or playing with kids - we are gonna move. Research shows that people who move more lower their risk for chronic illnesses and improve bodily functions. Movement also gives you more energy and who couldn’t use that during this season? So let’s move it!

 

No guilt.

 

Picture it. You show up to the party or the family dinner. You eat what you want to eat. You are controlled but you are also able to let loose when needed. You feel balanced. Aunt Karen talks about her diet and your nosey coworker mentions needing to work off her sinful desserts. But you don’t care. You’re in your lane, doing you. Because you’re balanced.

The more you know the more power you have. And I want you to be a powerful AF goddess. So buckle up, buttercup. You gon’ learn today. We’ll learn about exercise, nutrition, boundary setting, and helpful mindset practices to help you feel centered, balanced, and empowered this holiday season.

Balance is the name of the game here, girl. We want to enjoy the holiday season AND take care of ourselves. Those things aren’t mutually exclusive. To get to that place of balance, we’ll dig into our self-limiting thoughts and behaviors and work on ways to change them for the better.

Every two weeks, we’ll have a group call where we can go over questions, address concerns, and create concrete steps for moving forward. It’s not all business though! We’ll play some games and have fun as well!

Seasons greetings, I’m Tyler!

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach who loves Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, Christmas puns, and thinks “Puppy for Hannnukah” by Daveed Diggs is the best holiday song ever!

When I first started (and even still now, somedays), I don’t feel like there are many coaches out there who see things the way I do. Sure, I can help you get in shape and lose weight but there’s so much more to it than that for me. I want you to walk onto a dancefloor or into a weight room and be able to own the space! I want you to feel confident, to trust yourself, to find your girl gang at the gym. I want you to stop doubting, second-guessing, and guilt-tripping yourself. Girl, I want you to navigate the holidays with ease and grace.

I help women find empowerment and confidence in the gym by realizing that fitness - and you - are so much more than the number on the scale or the size on your jeans.

The name of the game around here is balance. No guilt, no gimmicks, no slashing calories. Just education and daily movement. Balance, friend, balance.

  • Yes! Everything is virtual, so go on those holiday trips girl!

  • No worries. They’ll be recorded. So you can watch on your time!

  • You can certainly make that a goal during Sleigh the Holidays. However, I usually don’t recommend opting for weight loss during the holiday season. It sets us up for stress and FOMO. I’d recommend personal training or Sweat Sisters Group Training in January for that goal instead.

  • Hell yes! We aren’t starving ourselves. or depriving over here. BALANCE is the name of the game. In our weekly lessons, you’ll learn how to prepare your mindset and your body for yummy foods!

  • No! It’s all virtual!

  • Yep, but we will learn some smart ways to do it!

  • No. They’re pre-recorded and loaded into the portal so you can complete them when you have time.

  • You can if you want to, but you will also be able to fill it out digitally.
